Patrol the darkside of Gotham City as DC Comics' legendary Dark Knight in Batman Begins from EA Games. Due to be released in parallel with the Warner Bros. film, the game challenges players to use fear rather than brute force to overcome the criminals.
Starting from the legends beginning, the game follows the Dark Knight's emergence as a force for good in Gotham. This means that you get to be both Bruce Wayne and the awesome Batman, hunting bad-guys from the shadows with the aid of Wayne's intellect and the unique array of high-tech gadgets that define the Caped Crusader.
In a change to the traditional first-person set-up, Batman Begins makes the gamer the hunter, delivering the Batman experience in moody depth as you stalk criminals, paralyzing them with fear before delivering the killer blow, or simply interrogating them.
Most of the classic locations are faithfully represented, including the Wayne mansion, Arkham Asylum, and of course the brooding alleyways of Gotham City itself. Additional backdrops come from the Christopher Nolan film, as the game sets out to place the gamer straight into the cinematic action.
